Our maintenance plan includes:

• Annual Electrical inspection included to ensure the safe operation of your electrical system
•  Dispatch Fee Waived
• 10% discount on all electrical repairs
• Priority service and scheduling

While we're at your house, we'll test:

• Test Smoke detector operation and batteries
• Test Ground fault receptacles for proper operation (review locations)
•  Perform thermal image scan to detect hot spots at main service electrical panel
• Checking breakers for wear or loose contacts and tightening to correct torque.
• Confirming proper grounding and/or bonding.
